Location, location, location!! What a beautiful place! The views are absolutely stunning, sit out back in the Muskoka chairs and watch the sunset, it literally doesn't get any better than this! The place was spacious and clean, easily could fit a family of 4 for a week getaway. Full kitchen stocked with all the necessities. We were only here 1 night but would love to return for a week. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely LOVED this place, it was SUPER clean and both wilhelmina and the house keeper were very kind and quick responding. A perfect place to come with your family or a group of friends. If you don’t like the private beach area there is a nearby public beach. Overall very good experience, highly recommend.

Everything was excellent! We did not realize that we could have use of the stand-up paddleboards, and this really made our trip! My wife and I took an early morning paddle on Saturday - it was so great to do that before we left and got on the road for home. The beach and docks were excellent - great for swimming and SUP. Thanks to Wilma for being an attentive host and Tim was a wonderful concierge! The Bancroft area has great hiking trails around Eagles Nest and Eagan Chutes. Also recommend Dave's Place in Bancroft for dinner - everything was fresh and tasty!

Baptiste Lake Lodge was an excellent stay ! Definitely would give it extra stars for location,value and friendliness of our host Wilhelmina and Tim who took great care of us when we were there. The property had thoughtful touches & everything was well organized which made our stay that much more memorable. The lake itself is great for a variety of water activities and was a lovely temperature to swim in! I will be definitely booking a stay here again! Don’t hesitate to hit book now if you are reading this !

This place is definitely better than advertised. The host went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests. Everything about this place was just perfect The building supervisor Tim was a friendly and kind guy and gave us all local scoop for everything weneeded to know. we already booked our next stay.

Well once again they thought of everything. An amazing waterfront view. A fully loaded kitchen area and a beautiful, clean room. Free use of paddleboard and swimming. A firepit for each room and as always amazing service. This is the place to be in Bancroft.

The unit is wonderful. It's right on the lake (not across the street, or 5 minute walk or something) Right on the lake! We had access to docks, stand-up paddle boards, clean PFDs, canoe, Muskoka chairs, fire pit, 2x BBQs. We weren't prepared this time & the weather didn't cooperate but will definitely take advantage of it next time.
The unit is bigger than the pictures allude to. It was perfect for 4 adults and an infant. Separate kitchen area and living room. Lots of closet space & supplies available. There are huge windows in the unit where you can enjoy the sunset from or the balcony or the Muskoka chairs - so many options. We met the hosts who were very warm and welcoming.
Tim is the on-site friendly contact - came and introduced himself and let us know if how to contact him if we needed anything. Overall 10/10, perfect Covid safe getaway!

Best place to stay in Bancroft. Highly recommended.
Absolutely clean and neat. Lake front view with all the amenities mentioned in the description.
Just a 5 star wouldn’t do justice to this place. Such an amazing place.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Baptiste Lake Lodge. I’d give it a 5* review. The units are large, comfortable & bright, & sitting on the balcony gives a beautiful view of the Lake. Check it out!
